This 3-hour CEU training is provided by Pamela A. Malone, Ph.D., LCSW-S, Fellow in Thanatology and Rachel Saffer, LCSW-S. We will explain the normative grief responses evidenced by children and adolescents through a developmental lens. Clinical interventions and approaches and their importance will be explored. We will provide a variety of practical therapeutic activities for grieving children and adolescents. Case examples will be used to illustrate various grief and treatment scenarios.
