This course is accepted by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners and Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists to meet the 40-hour requirements to supervise candidates for clinical licensure. It is co-facilitated by Pamela A. Malone, Ph.D., LCSW-S, Fellow in Thanatology and Allison C. Tomlinson, Ph.D., LCSW-S who have decades of clinical practice to include the provision of individual and group supervision, presentations on supervision, supervisor training, and teaching and course development at the graduate level.
Included: a Pre-Class Workbook, a comprehensive Resource Book with forms and templates, and a 2-day curriculum that incorporates PowerPoint presentations, video clips, discussion, role-play, and other activities designed to address and cover all necessary areas of clinical supervision.
